Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Patrol interior and exterior of the property and buildings to observe safety risks and security risks.
• Report alarms or request police, paramedics or fire departments in case of emergency.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles.
• Complete parking patrols and issue violations, as deemed necessary.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Deter criminal activity and misconduct.
• Maintain awareness of the site-specific operations and post orders.
• Lock and unlock areas according to the site’s opening and closing procedures.
