Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state or local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site policies and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations and concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership per post orders.
