Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Field Operations in Arlington, VA to monitor and protect tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain a visible security presence, and follow site procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and document activities.
• Communicate with property management, tenants, emergency responders, and leadership regarding observations and site conditions.
