Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Proficiency with computer or tablet devices preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access-related issues calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report anomalies to leadership.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol activities.
