What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus.
• State Security License preferred. Don’t have one? We can help you obtain it!
• Reliable transportation required.

Requirements

• Must obtain a Tennessee Guard Card/License — Metro One will sponsor qualified candidates through the licensing process.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening.

Summary

We are currently hiring Part Time Security Officers for 3 open posts. Candidates must be reliable, flexible, and available to work both weekdays and weekends.

• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ,Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Monday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM , Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ,Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM ,Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00PM

Officers may also be required to fill in for open shifts when other guards are on vacation, call out, or are otherwise unavailable.

Additional hours may be available, with opportunities for part-time or full-time employment based on business needs, availability, and performance.
