M1 Global is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Bridgeport, AL, with base pay $23.00-$24.00 per hour and weekly pay. You’ll receive paid training to become an SOC Analyst for a Fortune 500 client and join a team that values reliability and readiness.

Your duties include auditing and improving security systems, monitoring alarms and access controls, coordinating resources during incidents, and leading crisis communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• State security license preferred; assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review security systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
• Monitor and analyze alarms, access control, and intrusion systems to identify true threats and reduce false positives
• Coordinate and dispatch resources during security incidents, serving as the primary communication hub
• Lead communication during crisis events, including preparedness alerts and business continuity actions
• Support commissioning, testing, and configuration of new or upgraded security systems
• Compile documentation and evidence for reports, audits, and investigations
• Refine security procedures based on evolving threats and operational needs
