Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for overnight coverage in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires prior security experience and a valid Arizona DPS Unarmed Security Guard Registration Card. You will patrol a residential community and assist residents while maintaining a safe environment.

We offer 12-hour overnight shifts (10 PM–10 AM) with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• Current, valid Arizona DPS Unarmed Security Guard Registration Card required.
• Residential security or HOA experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record and MVR review required.
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart as part of regular patrol duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.
• Conduct patrols of the community using a golf cart.
• Monitor property access and observe for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Assist residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and security concerns as appropriate.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and other relevant activities; follow site-specific procedures and post orders.
• Help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and employees.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide overnight security coverage at a residential community in Phoenix, AZ.
