Job summary

SecTek, Inc. seeks an Unarmed Security Officer for Marlton, NJ. This full-time position requires patrolling the site, enforcing access control, and promptly reporting on building activity. The officer will follow SOPs for basic and emergency responses and coordinate with security and building management to resolve issues.

Applicants must hold an active NJ SORA license and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses.
• Liaise with security and building management to communicate, elevate, and solve problems.
• Create detailed reports on building activity.
• Patrol site and be able to stand for extended periods.
• Perform duties in accordance with Post Orders.
• Control access to the property.
• Respond to major occurrences with intelligence, speed and accuracy.

Our Officers are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses
• Must be able to work weekends
• Liaising with security and building management to communicate, elevate, and solve problems.
• Creating detailed reports on building activity
• Patrolling site, must have the ability to stand for an extended amount of time
• Performing duties in accordance with Post Orders
• Controlling/restricting access to the property
• Responding to major occurrences with intelligence, speed and accuracy
• MUST have an active NJ SORA license
