Job summary

M1 Global is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service at client sites. Base pay is $34 per hour, and the role requires a high school diploma, US work authorization, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

You will monitor CCTV, observe and report activities at your post, respond to incidents, and may have the chance to obtain a State Security License. We offer weekly pay, competitive benefits, a 401(k) program, and an easy online application.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• State Security License preferred; we can help you obtain it.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus.

• Reliable transportation required.

Requirements

• Must have experience working with TECH clients
• Must have experience working with systems like CCURE, Brivo, Lenel, Genetec, and CCTV monitoring.
• Must have some sort of Lead or Supervisor experience.
• Develop and demonstrate strong multi-tasking, observation, customer service
• Operate and communicate effectively
• Able to stand/walk for 8 hours
• Must have a valid/active Security Guard BSIS
• Must have reliable form of transportation to and from assigned workstations
• Have or the ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid, AED Card
