Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol Reporting) in Fredericksburg, VA. You will protect clients across healthcare facilities, maintain a visible security presence, and assist with access control while delivering excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting patrols, reporting observations, and following site protocols.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities and surrounding areas to identify hazards and policy concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying access, and guiding visitors.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations and maintenance concerns to leadership.
