Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and others by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, entrances, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions, and report unusual conditions.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate shift activities to leadership.
