Job summary

Marksman Security LLC seeks Security Officers to deliver top-notch customer service and protect properties in Indiana. You will log activities at the front desk, control access for tenants and visitors, and patrol to deter theft while responding to incidents.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for advancement. Evening/weekend availability may be required; candidates comfortable around pets are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant work.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid state security license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to meet physical functions (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, weather).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data for property management.
• Other duties as assigned.
