Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, residents, staff, and contractors at a government-related maintenance location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas, reporting issues.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following site procedures and notifying responsible personnel.
• Deter unauthorized activity through visible professional presence and report violations.
