Job summary

TriCorps is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to safeguard people and property across Amsterdam, Carrollton, and Wellsville, Ohio. You will conduct access control, patrols, and incident response to maintain a secure, service-oriented environment.

This full-time role covers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and requires a High School Diploma along with an Ohio Security Guard License. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to buildings, permitting only authorized entry.
• Patrol designated areas on foot to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, service calls and incidents.
• Protect employees, visitors, and property through vigilant observation.
• Prepare and file accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with courtesy.
• Answer phone calls and provide information or assistance as needed.
• Coordinate with emergency services when required.
• Escort personnel to and from facilities as necessary.
