KRE Security, LLC is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for a permanent weekend assignment in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for dependable officers seeking part-time weekend work, consistent hours, and a professional, structured environment.

This is a non-rotating post with clear expectations and predictable duties. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with a site-specific pay rate of $18.50/hour plus $0.25/hour for military service members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background check required; in-person orientation prior to assignment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence during swing shift hours.
• Conduct routine foot and mobile patrols.
• Monitor access points, alarms, and site conditions.
• Observe, document, and respond to incidents or safety concerns.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports (Belfry Software).
• Enforce post orders, site policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, site contacts, and fellow officers.
