St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for the Plymouth, MI area on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This full-time position requires weekends, and offers $18.45 per hour.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; military or security background is desirable. Must obtain state licenses/permits as required, pass background checks and drug tests, and

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current or prior military experience, or college education in the security field desirable.
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level work experience preferred. Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, military, and/or customer service highly desired. Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry a plus.
• Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state in which the employee is employed. Background checks and drug/alcohol tests may be required.
• May require a current state driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to operate vehicle/golf cart/bicycle if needed.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation and to get to work on time.
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
• Excellent customer service orientation and professional interaction with all levels of individuals.
• Energetic, focused, and able to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
