The role emphasizes observation, judgment, and rapid, appropriate response to varied security scenarios. Multiple sites are available across the Twin Cities with 1st and 2nd shifts; candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be willing to undergo standard screening processes including a background check

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in company screening including drug screen and background check.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while performing general unarmed security duties.
• Observe, report, and correct hazards; promote safety.
• Follow Prosegur and client post instructions and requirements.
• Participate in training and stay familiar with safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Candidate should be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Perform routine foot patrols, light lifting, and work in all weather conditions as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Dress code may vary by post (business or tactical).
