Job summary

Gamma Team Security Inc. is seeking Unarmed Security Officers to maintain safety across various sites in Illinois. The role involves conducting patrols, managing access control, and responding to incidents. Applicants must be 18+, hold a valid PERC, and have a high school diploma. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).
• 20 Hour Basic Training Certificate.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies.
• Two types of identification documents, one of which is a government-issued photo ID.
• Be in good physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine foot or vehicle patrols of assigned areas.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm equipment.
• Manage facility access by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.
• Observe, identify, and report suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm manner.
• Prepare accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and emergency personnel.
