Gamma Team Security Inc. seeks professional Unarmed Security Officers to safeguard our premises, assets, and employees in Wisconsin. Your role focuses on creating a safe, secure environment while preventing illegal or inappropriate activity.

We offer flexible part-time scheduling to support work-life balance and opportunities for growth in the security field. Prior security or law enforcement experience and a valid Private Security license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Private Security Person license (security guard license).
• Experience as Security Guard, Armed Officer, or similar position preferred.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures.
• Excellent written communication and report-writing ability.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility.
• Remove trespassers when necessary.
• Monitor surveillance cameras.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity.
• Report on daily activities and any security incidents.
