Gamma Team Security in Wisconsin is seeking professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. Your primary role is to create a safe environment by protecting premises, assets, and employees while preventing incidents.

We offer flexible part-time scheduling to support work-life balance and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates have security experience, hold a Wisconsin Private Security Person license, and a valid driver's license or state ID.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Wisconsin Private Security Person license required (or able to obtain).
• Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Strong written communication and report writing skills.
• High integrity and professionalism; attention to detail.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsabilités

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility.
• Remove trespassers when necessary.
• Monitor surveillance cameras.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity.
• Report on daily activities and any security incidents.
