Job summary

Gamma Team Security Inc. in Indiana is urgently seeking a professional Security Guard to join our team in Fishers. The ideal candidate will patrol premises, monitor entrances, and maintain a visible presence to deter threats.

Responsibilities include responding to suspicious activity, reporting daily activities and incidents, and providing crowd control during events. Must have HS diploma, Indiana background check, and be able to work day shifts with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Indiana State Police Background Check/Fingerprints.
• Driver's License and Personal Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility
