Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
• Must pass a drug screening at time of hire and random thereafter
• Must not have been convicted of any felonies
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for 8-12 hours at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• Must have excellent customer service skills and integrity

Responsibilities

• Foot and vehicle patrols on site
• Access control to ensure only invited guests are allowed
• Document daily activities and incident reports
• Respond to emergencies and report hazards promptly
• Provide first aid or other medical aid if required
