• Strong attention to detail when comparing container numbers and inventory records.
• Ability to read tracking sheets and accurately document identifying information.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and follow established instructions.
• Sound professional judgment when addressing unusual activity or policy violations.
• Comfortable conducting outdoor patrols in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of designated outdoor lots throughout the shift
• Inspect storage containers and verify identifying numbers against tracking sheets
• Record inventory observations and report missing, mismatched, or unlisted container numbers
• Watch for signs of unauthorized access, property damage, or other irregular activity
• Address policy violations professionally and notify the appropriate personnel when intervention is needed
• Report suspected trespassing and follow established procedures for unauthorized individuals
• Document patrols, observations, and incidents in clear, accurate reports
• Stay aware of conditions throughout the assigned area
• Promptly report discrepancies, safety concerns, and unusual occurrences to supervisors
• Perform other related duties as assigned
