Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers while following site-specific security procedures at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report incidents or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly, following site emergency procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs.
