Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular patrols of office buildings, lobbies, and surrounding areas to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
