Job summary

NATIVE HEALTH is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to protect our facilities in Mesa, AZ. You will patrol and monitor buildings, maintain a visible presence, and respond quickly to incidents while following security protocols.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Security Guard Card (or ability to obtain one within 6 months), OSHA training, and prior security experience preferred. Shift: 8:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.; starting pay $18.23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to de-escalate tense situations and handle security incidents.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Guard and monitor all buildings and properties.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and vandalism.
• Assist with stocking agency materials at each site daily.
• Work with team to address property needs and daily upkeep.
• Follow established security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Complete reports and ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform basic housekeeping and support the organization as needed.
