Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is currently hiring for an Unarmed Security Officer on 1st shift at the Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant in Liberty, NC. The role offers 32 hours per week, starting Friday through Monday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, with Tuesday through Thursday off.

The position pays $17.50 per hour and includes training opportunities, cross-training options, PPSB license assistance, CPR certification courses, and potential for career advancement within a service-driven team.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
High school degree or equivalent.
Valid state licensing, if applicable.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
Minimum of one year of security experience.

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when necessary.
Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitors’ arrival.
Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
Warn violators of infractions and respond to emergencies.
