Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills for reporting

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas for safety and security
• Observe and report suspicious activities or hazards
• Enforce policies including access control and visitor management
• Assist staff and visitors with directions and information
• Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly
• Maintain accurate daily records and interaction logs
• Conduct routine inspections to identify risks
