Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• CLEET license strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work in inclement weather.
• Must have excellent customer service experience.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Visibility: patrol areas to deter criminal activity.
• Access Control / Verify Credentials: check badges or passes for entry.
• Surveillance: monitor CCTV around building perimeters and gate areas.
• Monitor Entry and Exit Points: ensure only authorized personnel/vehicles enter/exit.
• Log Entries: document vehicles and trip details.
• Observe for Security Threats: watch for suspicious behavior or signs of illegal activity.
• Incident Reporting: report security breaches or hazards to authorities and management.
