Job summary

Metro One Loss Prevention Group Inc is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to provide outstanding customer service while monitoring CCTV and reporting on site activities. This role emphasizes quick, accurate observations and rapid response in critical situations, supporting a safe environment for clients and employees.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Solid/stable work history.
• Background check and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Watch CCTV camera system and notate accurately in a daily activity report.
• Observe, survey, and report on activity at the assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
