Job summary

M1 Global is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Westfield, MA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, monitoring CCTV, and reporting on activities at your post. You’ll respond quickly to incidents and maintain a safe environment for clients and visitors.

Eligible candidates should be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be authorized to work in the United States. Drug screening and background checks are required; security experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
