Job summary

TriCorps is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to protect people and property across Amsterdam, Carrollton, and Wellsville, OH. You will perform patrols, manage access points, and respond to alarms while maintaining a professional presence for clients and visitors.

Applicants must hold an Ohio Security Guard License and a high school diploma or equivalent. This full-time role offers shifts across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays with a strong emphasis on reliability and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to buildings, ensuring only authorized entry.
• Patrol designated areas on foot to deter unauthorized activity and maintain visibility.
• Respond promptly to alarms, service calls, and incidents as needed.
• Protect employees, visitors, and property through observation and awareness.
• Write accurate daily activity and incident reports in a timely manner.
• Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with professionalism.
• Answer phone calls and provide information or assistance as appropriate.
• Contact emergency services when required.
• Escort personnel to and from facilities when needed.

As a TriCorps officer, you will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets through vigilant patrol, access control, and incident response. Officers play a key role in maintaining safety and order while representing TriCorps and our clients with professionalism and courtesy.
