Job Skills / Requirements

TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Applicants must hold a valid Oklahoma CLEET Unarmed License and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

As a TriCorps officer, you will monitor and control access to client properties, patrol designated areas, and help ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and assets. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Secure premises and protect personnel by patrolling property and monitoring access points.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access areas to ensure safety and compliance.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, enforcing site rules, and informing violators of procedures.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to maintain safety and order.
• Complete detailed reports documenting observations, incidents, and interactions.
• Assist employees, visitors, and clients courteously and professionally.
• Ensure equipment remains operational through preventive checks and timely reporting of maintenance needs.
• Follow management and client instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times (tattoos must be covered; facial hair neatly groomed).
• Remain alert and observant throughout each shift to ensure proactive awareness of surroundings.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Positions available in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
• Maximum 40-hour workweek (hours not consecutive).
• Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays (8–12 hours per shift).
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
• Applicants must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
