Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group (Guard Division), Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer transitioning to a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst role.

The position starts with two weeks of paid training to develop real-time alarm monitoring, incident assessment, and coordinated response skills. You will oversee security operations, support business continuity, and ensure adherence to SOC procedures while working in a professional security environment in Red Oak, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required (college coursework in security preferred).
• Prior SOC, command center, alarm monitoring, or physical security experience.
• Familiar with video surveillance, access control and alarm systems.
• Strong situational awareness, decision-making and stress management.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze alarms, access control and intrusion systems to identify threats and reduce false positives.
• Audit and review security systems to identify vulnerabilities and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate and dispatch resources during incidents; act as primary communications hub.
• Lead crisis communications during events, including alerts and business continuity actions.
• Support commissioning, testing and configuration of new or upgraded systems.
• Compile documentation and evidence for reports, audits and investigations.
• Refine procedures based on evolving threats and operational needs.

M1 Global is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a unique opportunity that includes two weeks of paid training to become a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst. We are looking for professionals who view security as a critical component of operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a central point for physical security operations, overseeing real-time alarm monitoring, incident assessment, and coordinated response efforts. The SOC Analyst plays a key role in managing communications during both routine operations and emergency situations, supporting business continuity initiatives, and ensuring adherence to established security protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze alarms, access control, and intrusion systems to identify true threats and reduce false positives
• Audit and review security systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
• Coordinate and dispatch resources during security incidents, serving as the primary communication hub
• Lead communication during crisis events, including preparedness alerts and business continuity actions
• Support commissioning, testing, and configuration of new or upgraded security systems
• Compile documentation and evidence for reports, audits, and investigations
• Refine security procedures based on evolving threats and operational needs

Communication & Compliance

Required Qualifications
