Job summary

TriCorps is seeking Unarmed Security Officers for a gated community in Panama City Beach, FL. You will maintain safety and security by monitoring access, patrolling grounds, and coordinating with residents and management.

A current Class D unarmed license is required, with emphasis on reliability, communication, and sound judgment. Positions are available as full-time and part-time shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Class D unarmed security license.
• Excellent communication, reliability, and sound judgment.
• Former law enforcement or military experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to community entrances, ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted entry.
• Provide a visible and professional presence to promote a safe and secure environment.
• Patrol community grounds to deter and detect potential safety or security concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and service calls, following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly with residents, guests, and management to support daily operations.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, observations, and any incidents.
• Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities when needed.
• Follow all client and TriCorps procedures to ensure high-quality service and consistent performance.
