Job summary

Metro One LPSG in Los Lunas NM is seeking security personnel for part-time to full-time roles. Responsibilities include monitoring access control, maintaining visitor logs, issuing badges, and patrolling both inside and outside sites. Excellent customer service and critical thinking are required.

Positions offer 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, or 10pm-6:30am shifts with pay at $22.28 per hour. Benefits include PTO, meals, medical, vision, dental, and 401K, along with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid New Mexico security license or the ability to attain it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Military preferred, with a minimum of 2+ years of active service in any branch with honorable discharge.
• 3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience or corporate customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control and challenge those without proper identification.
• Maintain the visitor management system and check visitors/guests.
• Issue badges and access cards; maintain security logs.
• Monitor a CCTV system and respond to security events.
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols inside and outside.
• Check in authorized personnel on site.
• Stand at post for 8-hour shifts or longer.
• Interacting with the public in a professional manner.

Pay rate: $22.28 hr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid New Mexico security license or the ability to attain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Military Preferred, with a minimum of 2 or more years of active service in any military branch with an honorable, medical, or general discharge.
• 3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience/corporate customer service.
