M1 Global is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Hutto, TX. You will undergo paid training to become an SOC Analyst for a Fortune 500 client, with weekly pay, PTO, and a path to professional growth.

The role includes monitoring security systems, coordinating incident responses, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Requirements include a high school diploma, US work authorization, and a willingness to obtain a TX security license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• TX state security license preferred; assistance offered to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review security systems to identify vulnerabilities and suggest improvements.
• Monitor alarms, access control, and intrusion systems to identify true threats.
• Coordinate and dispatch resources during security incidents and act as primary communication hub.
• Lead communication during crisis events, including preparedness alerts and business continuity actions.
• Support commissioning, testing, and configuration of new or upgraded security systems.
• Compile documentation and evidence for reports, audits, and investigations.
• Refine security procedures based on evolving threats and operational needs.
• Escalate incidents according to procedures.
• Provide clear, calm communication during evolving situations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives.
• Follow SOC SOPs, post orders, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in drills and ongoing training.

Your Responsibilities:

Communication & Compliance

• Escalate incidents according to established procedures
• Provide clear, calm communication during rapidly evolving situations
• Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives
• Follow all SOC SOPs, post orders, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in drills, tabletop exercises, and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus.

• Reliable transportation required.
