M1 Global is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Garysburg, NC. This role focuses on customer service, vigilance, and incident response at designated posts across a site. You will monitor access, report daily activities, and maintain safety standards.

Eligible applicants should be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass background checks and drug testing. Training and licensing support available.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus.
• State Security License preferred. Don’t have one? We can help you obtain it!
• Reliable transportation required.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and oral swab drug test.
• Must successfully complete the required 16-hour PPSB training class in Durham, Greensboro, or Charlotte, North Carolina.
• M1 Global will sponsor the PPSB training class, application fees, and fingerprinting fees only.
• Must complete all required PPSB paperwork and documentation.

Summary

We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

We are also seeking Flex Officers with open availability who can assist with filling open shifts when other guards are on vacation, call out, or are otherwise unavailable.

Additional hours may be available, with opportunities for part-time or full-time employment based on business needs, availability, and performance.
