Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking unarmed Security Officers for full-time roles at our Eagle Mountain location. You will provide customer service, manage access, monitor cameras and patrol to maintain safety.

The position requires an 18+ age minimum, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain Utah Security license. The role offers 2nd and 3rd shift options with weekend availability, paid time off, holidays, and medical/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to acquire and maintain Utah Security License including training requirements.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions (lift 50+ lbs, patrols, weather).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties while on duty.
• Maintain logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents including emergencies and record data.

Location: Eagle Mountain Pay: $23.00/Hour

Full Time opportunities available on 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekend availability required Employer: Marksman Security Corporation Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Utah Security License including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
