Job summary

M1 Global in DeKalb, IL is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer to protect clients and visitors, deliver courteous service, and report daily activities. This role requires vigilance and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor CCTV, observe posts, respond to incidents, and ensure safety while upholding company standards. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to advance within a growing security team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security-related experience is a plus; state security license is preferred.

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus.
