ASAP Security is seeking security personnel to join our local, family-owned team serving Central Ohio for over 20 years. You’ll patrol premises, monitor access points, and respond to incidents to keep our communities and businesses safe.

Weekend availability is required, and a professional demeanor is essential. We value dependable individuals with a valid driver's license, clean criminal record, and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Dependable transportation and your own vehicle
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Dependable, alert, professional, and able to follow instructions
• Clean criminal record; no felonies
• Smartphone required for business operations
• Commitment, integrity, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to help secure the premises, employees, visitors, and property
• Monitor access points and permit authorized entry
• Observe, report, and respond to suspicious activity, safety concerns, and policy violations
• Use professional communication and de-escalation skills when addressing individuals
• Report irregularities, incidents, disturbances, or unsafe conditions
• Contact supervisors, law enforcement, or emergency services when necessary
• Complete written reports documenting observations, incidents, and daily activity
• Monitor surveillance equipment, buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Assist with traffic or crowd control when needed
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and legal requirements
• Contribute to a team-focused work environment by completing assigned responsibilities
• Represent ASAP Security with integrity and professionalism
