Qualifications

• Valid Illinois PERC Card and 20-Hour Basic Training completion required.
• Reliable mobile device with internet access for reporting.
• Strong knowledge of public safety procedures and protocols.
• Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
• High integrity, professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned premises and maintain high visibility to deter incidents.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel have access.
• Remove trespassers or unauthorized individuals when necessary.
• Monitor and review surveillance cameras for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to incidents and reports of suspicious behavior.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports and document all security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Wide range of potential assignments - events, construction, demolition sites, retail, corporate, etc.
• Patrol assigned premises and maintain a high level of visibility to deter incidents
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel have access
• Remove trespassers or unauthorized individuals when necessary
• Monitor and review surveillance cameras for unusual or suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to incidents and reports of suspicious behavior
• Complete detailed daily activity reports and document all security incidents

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Previous experience as a Security Officer, Guard, or in a related role preferred
• Valid Illinois PERC Card and completion of 20-Hour Basic Training required
• Reliable mobile device with internet access (for reporting and communication)
• Strong knowledge of public safety/security procedures and protocols
• Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
