Job summary

The Guard Alliance Inc is seeking five unarmed security guards to join our Tulare, CA team on multiple shifts. Pay is $20.00 per hour and the role includes checking for access, patrolling, and maintaining a safe environment.

This position requires a valid security license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work legally in the United States. Candidates should be reliable, have transportation, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of security guard duties, including access control and patrols.
• Provide coverage for late call-offs or no-shows as needed.
• Prepare DARs (daily activity reports) in writing and/or digitally.

Shift 1:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Shift 2:

• Monday - Friday
• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Shift 3:

• Monday - Friday
• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Shift 4:

• Saturday & Sunday
• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Shift 5:

• Saturday & Sunday
• 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
