Job summary

Absolute International Security is seeking highly professional unarmed security guards to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property in Temecula, CA. The role requires a customer-service focused demeanor, a neat appearance, and the ability to patrol, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and provide a visible security presence.

The position offers full-time, non-exempt status with regular day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass background check, drug screening, and client requirements.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors, including varied weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable, committed to ethical conduct, and acts with integrity.
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company grooming and uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations, unsafe behavior, or criminal activity.
• Perform thorough routine patrols of the assigned area including of public social services facility and surrounding parking lot.
• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively over radio, phone, or in person with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain authorized less-than-lethal equipment in compliance with company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
• Follow post orders, site protocols, and all relevant company procedures.

Pay Rate: $16.90 - $17.00

Location: Temecula, California

• Monday - Friday: Day Shift (07:00 - 18:00)
