PalAmerican Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to safeguard multiple sites and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will patrol on foot or by vehicle, deter unlawful activity, and deliver excellent customer service while documenting incidents.

The role emphasizes clear reporting, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset. Candidates should have a current security license, valid driver’s license, and be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity for reliable reporting.
• Clear communication and logs with attention to events.
• Minimum 18 years old with HS diploma or GED.
• 2 years of security or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Serve as visible deterrent to deter wrongdoing.
• Provide superior customer care and empathy.
• Keep logs and write detailed incident reports.
