Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to patrol facilities, deter crime, and protect residents and visitors on-site in Texas. You will log incidents, communicate clearly, and respond to alarms and safety concerns while upholding our CARE culture.

Requirements include an active Texas Guard License, an active Driver's License, clean background/mvr/drug test, and a HS diploma or GED with at least 2 years of security experience. Weekend/night availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Guard License required.
• Active Driver's License required.
• Background check, MVR and drug test must be clean.
• Minimum 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illicit activity.
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals.
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities.
