Job summary

PalAmerican Security in Seattle is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard for a full-time, 40-hour week schedule (Mon-Fri, 11:00–19:30). You will patrol assigned sites, deter unauthorized activity, and provide courteous customer care to residents and visitors while maintaining logs and incident reports.

Requirements include a current security license, a clean driving record, a HS diploma or GED, and at least two years of security experience.

Qualifications

• Current Security License is required.
• Clean driving record and Driver's License.
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of security experience.
• Attention to detail and superior integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity.
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals.
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities.
