PalAmerican Security is hiring an Unarmed Security Guard to patrol multiple sites and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will deter crime, monitor activities, and provide professional customer care while documenting incidents and maintaining detailed logs.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, integrity, and effective communication. A valid security license, clean driving record, and 18+ years with a HS diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Current Security License is required.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of security experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity.
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals.
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities.
