PalAmerican Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to help protect residents and visitors across sites in Nashville. You will patrol on foot or by vehicle, observe for security concerns, and document incidents with clear, timely reports.

Ideal candidates have a current security license, clean driving record, attention to detail, strong communication, and at least two years of experience. A HS diploma or GED is required; advancement opportunities exist within our growing team.

Qualifications

• Current Security License is required.
• Clean driving record and Driver's License.
• Attention to detail and superior integrity.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for creating a safe environment.
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity.
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals.
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities.
