Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the industrial facility, exterior areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Support security-related operations in a manufacturing and industrial environment by communicating observations and concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
